Throughout my career I have been writing menus, developing recipes and dishes around certain ingredients, products and equipment. Whether as Head Chef in my kitchens, bespoke for functions, or customers requiring assistance in menu / recipe design for their food business, I enjoy working closely with the client, providing them with a personalised, bespoke and professional service. My travels have taken me to many parts of the world, and I get inspiration from local cultures and cuisine, embracing traditions and flavours. I will design and create unique, content ready food or drink recipes that will not only promote your brand and product, but also let it stand out from the crowd.

Additionally, I am an enthusiastic, amateur food and lifestyle photography, my style being freestyle and abstract. I like using natural light, nature and stone backdrops to give the food elevation and vibrancy.
